Nutrition Coaching & 1:1 Personal Training
This option is more in depth and is for someone who is ready to fully invest in becoming the best version of themselves inside and out. My goal as an online trainer is to teach you how to make this a part of your lifestyle so you can successfully and effectively reach your goals in a way that is easy and manageable with your busy life.
Like Option 1, we will have a consultation where I will learn more about you, your goals, and current lifestyle. I will then create a workout and nutrition plan that will support your goals & work with your lifestyle so you can effectively and efficiently reach your goals. The workouts are programmed specifically for you in 4 week phases that emphasize progressive overload (meant to help you build lean muscle, lose fat and change your body composition overall) through resistance training and cardio.
