This option is for individuals seeking guidance with only their nutrition. We will review your current nutrition habits and lifestyle to get a clear picture of where you are starting and where you want to go. From there we can dive into what’s working, what isn’t, and how we can easily make manageable changes for you and your lifestyle.
We will work together to break down habits that are holding you back and create new ones that will give you the confidence and support you need to see the results you want. Together we will work on building a healthy relationship with food to help you reach your goals. We will discuss macros and the importance of them and how you can effectively make healthier choices without feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, or spending hours in the kitchen.
Our goal is to help you build sustainable nutrition habits that help you reach your goals and enjoy your life in the process. You’ll learn how to read food labels and understand portion sizes. No more restrictive diets or cutting out food choices. I will provide you with ways to make healthy food choices in everyday situations like the grocery store or dining out. I want you to be able to reach your goal in a way that is enjoyable and sustainable.
