Option 1:
Nutrition Coaching
This first option is for individuals seeking guidance with only their nutrition. We will review your current nutrition habits and lifestyle to get a clear picture of where you are starting and where you want to go. From there we can dive into what’s working, what isn’t, and how we can easily make manageable changes for you and your lifestyle.
We will work together to break down habits that are holding you back and create new ones that will give you the confidence and support you need to see the results you want. Together we will work on building a healthy relationship with food to help you reach your goals. We will discuss macros and the importance of them and how you can effectively make healthier choices without feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, or spending hours in the kitchen.
Our goal is to help you build sustainable nutrition habits that help you reach your goals and enjoy your life in the process. You’ll learn how to read food labels and understand portion sizes. No more restrictive diets or cutting out food choices. I will provide you with ways to make healthy food choices in everyday situations like the grocery store or dining out. I want you to be able to reach your goal in a way that is enjoyable and sustainable.

Option 2:
Nutrition Coaching & 1:1 Personal Training
The second option is more in depth and is for someone who is ready to fully invest in becoming the best version of themselves inside and out. My goal as an online trainer is to teach you how to make this a part of your lifestyle so you can successfully and effectively reach your goals in a way that is easy and manageable with your busy life.
Like Option 1, we will have a consultation where I will learn more about you, your goals, and current lifestyle. I will then create a workout and nutrition plan that will support your goals & work with your lifestyle so you can effectively and efficiently reach your goals. The workouts are programmed specifically for you in 4 week phases that emphasize progressive overload (meant to help you build lean muscle, lose fat and change your body composition overall) through resistance training and cardio.

Option 3:
Monthly Workout Membership

With the purchase of the Fearless Fitness Now Monthly Workout Membership you will get full access to the FFN app. This includes a new workout plan every month, ability to track the weight/reps/sets so you can consistently progress, video demonstrations of all of the exercises, ability to sync to My Fitness Pal, Fitbit, Apple Watch and Garmin to track your food, steps, sleep and more. This monthly subscription does not include one-on-one coaching.
